The Next Stage in Gaming Hardware

Has anyone else heard all the buzz about the new PhysX cards and technology? I have always wanted one of the cards ever since I heard about them, but I could never convince myself to actually spend the money on one. When I’m buying hardware I always put as much of the cash towards a new graphics card as possible. Now, the geniuses as NVIDIA have come up with a solution to the dilemma. Their new GTX 200 series of cards combines a traditional graphics card with the emerging PhysX technology. These things have some serious power, with a gig of ram and 128 bits of processing power they blow my previous desktop out of the water (the whole thing not just the graphics card in it). One of the things I especially appreciate is that, by combining the two technologies, NVIDIA lets you have PhysX without using a precious PCIe slot. Sadly, I have not had a chance to try one out yet. Whenever I get the chance and the money to build a new rig I will surely put on of these in it, unless something better comes out before then that is.
